It looks like a hamster wheel doesn’t it??

I’m guessing it’s so that you can walk around with a small library following you everywhere.

Plus, as people would probably give this contraption a wide berth so as not to get steam-rolled, I guess there’s no need to look where you’re going! Perfect for those with their nose in a book :)
